- What parking options do you provide?

You can choose either secure covered (inside a fully enclosed building) or uncovered secure parking.

- Do I need to book?
- Yes, bookings essential in order to confirm your parking space.
- When can I book?
- A booking can be made 24 hours a day on the website or by phone during regular business hours. If you provide an email address we will send a confirmation email to you.
- How is my cost calculated?
- Charges are calculated on each nights stay. You will not be charged an hourly rate.
- How will I know that my booking has been accepted?
- You will receive a confirmation email
- How much time do I allow to park my vehicle and get to the airport?
- Please allow fifteen minutes prior to the time that you wish to be at the airport. Your airport transfer coordinates you with your flights and takes around two minutes to get to the Sunshine Coast Airport and around 10 minutes to get to Perth Airport.
- What happens when we arrive?
- You simply drive to our depot at Sunshine Coast Airport (10 Cessna St, Marcoola) or Perth Airport (234 Planet Street, Welshpool) where you will be met by one our team members. Once your car is checked in you will be delivered to the airport terminal in a very quick and timely manner.
- What types of vehicles can be parked?
- We are able to park passenger vehicles and motorcycles only.
We unfortunately are unable to park Caravans, Buses, Large Commercial Vans or Motor Homes.
- What happens if my return flight is changed?
- You simply need to call or email our office with your revised flight times and we will adjust your booking accordingly.
- Are you only for people flying out?
- No, we will provide the parking service for anyone who wishes to leave their vehicle with us.
- Are you close to other amenities?
- Yes. There is a shopping centre and petrol station about five minutes from our Sunshine Coast facility. There is a Lunch Bar opposite and a petrol station five minutes from our Perth facility.
- Do you charge for cancellations?
- Cancellations must be sent in writing to email@example.com 24 hours prior to drop off time to avoid a cancellation fee. Less than 24 hours notice a minimum 50% of booking value will be charged. No refunds for no shows.
- Do you have wheelchair accessible vehicles?
- No we don't.
- How much surcharge for large vehicles?
- 15% surcharge will be applied for large vehicles which are over 5.5m long and/or over 2m wide.
- How close to the Airport are you?

We are a 10 minute ride in our complementary shuttle from the airport
